Interfaith Housing Development Corporation of Bucks County

Interfaith Housing Development Corporation of Bucks County (IHDC) is a private, non-profit housing provider started in 1987. We partner with church and religious groups, community members, and businesses to address the need for affordable housing in Bucks County.

We provide housing for rent, direct sale, or lease to purchase for low-income families and the homeless. We encourage families and individuals to become financially sustainable by providing referrals to various social and credit counseling services. We help to create better neighborhoods by rehabbing blighted houses and turning them into homes for low-income families.
